What currencies are your products available in and do you ship internationally?

Numelle ships internationally and all prices are translated in GBP.


I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We are working hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. Please allow 5-9 days for your order to be shipped and delivered. Tracking numbers will be available 1-2 days after your order has shipped.

If you do not have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at numelleofficial@gmail.com so we can make it right.


What is the policy in the event I am not satisfied with a product?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days after contacting us to send your item back for a full refund. You are responsible for purchasing your own label to mail the package. Once we receive your product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on your return parcel to ensure prompt processing.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You may cancel any order free of charge as long as it has not shipped. If your item has already shipped, please follow the return instructions above to receive a full refund.


Help! I have entered an incorrect address and the order is already placed.

No problem. Reply to your order confirmation email with the correct mailing address. Please notify us at numelleofficial@gmail.com so we can update it without delay. No refund will be issued after 12 hours if we have not been notified.
